Supplier Responsibilities May Include:
- Maintaining required quality systems, records, certifications, and inspection documentation.
- Complying with applicable purchase order terms, drawings, specifications, and revision controls.
- Protecting customer, defense, export-controlled, proprietary, or sensitive information.
- Meeting delivery, packaging, identification, traceability, and documentation requirements.
- Flowing applicable requirements to sub-tier suppliers when required.
7. Export Controls, ITAR, Defense Work, And Government Contract Requirements
